Yes, I’ve been into ServiceNow from past four years. I’ve been into the same platform from past four years only. In ServiceNow, I’ve been with incident management, problem management, change management, and I’m able to create users, groups, and assign tools to them also. I’m able to configure the forms using the client-side scripts and server-side scripts, applying UI policies and client scripts on the client-side, and server-side also, business rules, workflows, flow designers as per the requirements. I’m able to do REST integrations also as part of my project.

Display business rule, it is executed before the form gets presented to the user, just after the database is queried. It is used to display the values on the load of form.

Q4: UI action is client-side or server-side ?

Ui action is the script will get executed on the click of the button. That button can be placed on the form or as well as the list. That is client callable as well as that code can be in server-side as well as client set also by checking the client callable.
